The poll doesn't really give a purpose, best specifically head for what?

For general purpose all round covers band use i use the Aquarian Force 1 . It's a single ply head with muffling ring. Loud and punchy sound suits my 20".Either no muffling or a small flat towel inside depending on venue.
Equivalent heads that are as good Remo Powerstroke 3 or Evans EQ1.
I use a small Evans beater patch on all heads, regardless.

So i guessed i ticked PS3 there.

i use EMAD w/ a mic hole as my reso and a powerstroke 3 as the batter head, and both make a great combo.
