trust me on this. In the long run it is cheaper to buy a better quality stick in bulk than really cheap ones.

yea it may cost more now but in the long run it is going to save you money and headaches when you are at that band practice or gig playing a little harder then you normaly do (it happens a lot) and you are just burning thru those cheep sticks.

I don't know, but personally i feel that good budget sticks are the dope for me. I've tried around and got my hands on a pair of durable ones that are nicely balanced. Look for the Lazer 7/6/5A sticks. They're quite well balanced. When you play you have that powerful feel. Personally I like this pair of sticks. Cheap and good. quite durable too.

hey I hear you there.
I was buying these bags of sticks from guitar center and some of them lasted a long time and others maby like a few min and I really dont play all that hard anymore.
I just quit getting them because they dont have a size that I really like.
but hey I know how it is playing on a budget. it can be really hard sometimes, also back in the day a pair of the sheap sticks didnt last a day.
thay have gotten better.

yeah. I would say, Get the sticks you like the most, that suits you're playing and that you really feel comfortable using and just buy them in bulk and use them to your hearts content.

Yeah, that's a good mindset to have. However, the problem is that these days there are so many stick models to choose from that it's impossible to know what the perfect stick is. We go out looking for better and experimenting with different drum sticks.

yeah, drum sticks are really based on opinion of feel, but my opinion is that pro-mark is awsome i really like the feel and duribility, i read a post that someone was talking about ahead sticks, at first i was all about those and thinking about spending the money to get a pair, but then i heard that they break your cymbals faster, and they heart your hand, but again its all about what you like

I feel that it all just comes down to personal preference. If you like a certain pair of sticks. Use them for a while, you think that they are comfortable to use and that they are nice and balance, customed to your weight.. get a whole bundle don't hold back.
