It looks like that guy is playing a ddrum kit, which is the only company I know of that makes white lugs. You could probably order some from there. Some of their sets are on musiciansfriend.com

I've never played one, but from what it seems theyre mostly beginner sets. Theyre made out of basswood, so theyre not the greatest. They get a lot of mixed reviews, but for the most part they say good kit for the money. If you just get the lugs though I wouldn't be too worried about wasting your money.

They look like they have been painted in possible epoxy enamel.( could be wrong ) Looks like crap IMO. Powder coating works much better or go for electroplating or anodizing.

The process you are looking for is called Powder Coating. I just called a company in Illinois that does all kinds of powder coating jobs, including a custom drum maker in the East. The Company is called Powder Perfect Inc. Contact Jim @ 1-815-228-2011 or Kevin @ 1-815-442-3498. There are many other powder coaters on the internet. I gave you this site because they have been at it for a while & are putting out a quality product. Apparently you have to know how to treat the metal properly to make sure the powder coating does not flake off.

Those DDRUM sets aren't that bad I played one at the Guitar Center by where I live and they sound decent, not great, just decent. It really seems like the only thing special about them would be the color schemes on the sets. More for showing off a cool colored set then putting on a show.

I work with powder coated fencing materials. That stuff scratches off all the time. Most people I know who bought the black hardware exports have regreted it saying they scratch very easy.
