I was wondering if anyone used timpani sticks on there regular drum kit?
I was wondering because I have heard the sound of them and if they are actually quite good to have.

So has got a set of timpani sticks for their drum kit.

You are dead on dnc. They have a great sound on toms, cymbal rolls, cowbells,
or just about anything in your wood pile that you hit. They are great on soft Latin tunes, across a couple or small toms or timbales. Any one that isn't using them is missing out on a whole new world of effects. You bring up a good point. Thanks.
