If your playing rock, but not really looking for that metal sound. Clear Remo Emperors
on the toms is a good place to start.

Re: Help me with Heads!!!!

Well i think i will try to answer all of your questions to the best of my abilities. As far as a good resonant head, i would go with a clear ambassador. They are perfect for rock and most rock musicians that play remo heads use them. As for batters on the toms, i would either suggest a remo clear emperor or my personal favorite, a remo coated ambassador. The emperor will give you some punch with a high attack and the remo coated ambassador will give you a bit more resonance(which is good in rock music so yu can cut through) and a bit more warmth. For the snare, again, a remo coated amnbassador will do you no wrong. If you want a good resonant head then i would look at a "snare side" ambassador or diplomat. For the bass drum, a good ol powerstroke 3 for the batter and probably just the stock head on the resonant side will do good. As you can tell i am a remo fan but if you go to the aquarian drum head website you can find the different brand equivilants for each head i have mentioned. These are just my opinions but you have a set of really good drums and should probably have those babies singing and resonating to the best of their potential. Good luck man.

Re: Help me with Heads!!!!

I think the best heads to get would be Remo Ebonys, they have a low sustain and very deep pitch.

Re: Help me with Heads!!!!

Fit your kit with all Aquarian texture coated batter over Aquarian classic clear and you'll see & hear they are par to the hype about them. Let that kit scream its voice color.
