reminds me ... a friend of mine was going to make a projection machine that throws drum sticks... because he got hit in the eye durring a gwar concert... So mail your drum sticks to PO Box 195 Boston Mass...Joking, we were thinking of buying alot of balsom wood or metal drumsticks any ways...

In the last ten minuits i broke my other half of my mis matched nylon pair!

Yea, I shattered 4 sticks the past 2 days think I screwed one of my new sticks up I used for the battle to...poo d00d But the drumline battle's over so no more broken sticks for a while now I hope...cept for set sticks I guess.

You must have a think snair head?tight?

lol, top head is a tad tight I think. kevlar heads...well yea, a whole lot different than a 2 ply snare head used for concert or set :P

If you still collect your broken sticks(I know it sounds strange) bring them into practice. Brag... and saysay,"LOOK I BROKE ANOTHER" or some thing(if you do it just right you can make it seem like you break a stick every second, and make them get rid of them).

Keep the one that isnt broken.
Then again i just had an idea lathe down the broken one to make another stick!
Seems a good idea just gotta test ill report back when i can be arsed to do it.

i kinda like breaking sticks... i only break them when i do continuous rim shots tho.....i use vic firth now... those are like beasts.... i still havent broken any of those yet

wouldnt recycling wood be the same as throwing it back in the forest

i put them in the garbage, you could try some white or black tape to keep it intact for a little longer.
