How do I adjust my double bass pedal?

hey guys i just bought my new doulbe bass pedal tjw. i cant get the same tension from my single pedal.

shuld i get to start with the right pedal 1st by tuning it or by finding its way just like my single pedal?

pls help me guys tnx

i have the pearl p122tw double pedals and i want to know how to adjust the angle of the left beater? (with out messing with the spring) i already know how to adjust the right beater and i tried the same screw on the left side but that didn't work

If the top of the beater is closer than the bottom, then slide the beater closer to the bass drum rim.

If the Bottome of the beater is closer than the top, then slide the beater further from the bass rim.
