Hello, my drumset isn't a really good one (Legion), but it works for me. I bought a set of REMO Drum heads, but in one tom, it didn't fit (it was the same size), and a friend of mine that also plays drums (he knows more than I) helped me to tune the drum set, and eventually we were able to tune that tom, but now I can't get the drum head out, someone know any way I can get it out? Thanks

Sounds as if the shell is out of round.
A picture would help but, if a head is stuck on I'd use the mount to hold the tom. Then take a screwdriver and hammer to gently tap it off. Work your way around the head just like you would tuning it. If you are unsure look up tuning sheets for the lugs you have 6, 8, 12 etc..

gently tap the head off by going around the side as you go. Be careful not to hit the finish. Looks like a new kit is in store for you!
