Slapstik - stick with a flexible tip

Hello drummers,

The Slapstik has received mixed reactions from drummers. Some say it's cheating, gimmick, only for lazy drummers... Others, including Dennis Chambers, Paul Wertico, Kenwood Dennard, dig the Slapstik and find cool things to play with it. Check out the videos on our website and share your opinion about it.

its cool, theres a lot of cool lil inventions that i dont think are cheating theyre just fun additions that you can try. it might be cheating if ya used it in a drum competition er something but its fine otherwise. I'd like to try it.

umm...what's the point? Play a double or play your cymbals what I liek to say the swash way lol where you play through the cymbal and come back up hitting the bottom. Just don't really get what this is supposed to improve?

Why do you use a cowbell? It has one function...
But with imagination you open up possibilities

It kinda has a goofy design. Makes me wonder about the balance of the stick compared to a normal one.

I'd try one...dunno if I'd use it over a normal stick though and at $10 a peice...umm that's perry cheap.
cowbells sound sweet and can have different pitches for a melodic rythm...lol
