Has anyone ever tried out the Gammon or Vex Pro Double Bass Drum Pedals listed on eBay? Both go for @$100.00 USD, which seems a bit too good to be true. Not in the market - just curious. I know that eventually the question is going to come up with one of my students.

Ummm...just the add(s) themselves on the listings and the dummyhead info telling all the parts, that ='s a steer clear. I think I've heard of vex pro though, but not gammon.

wow guys, i bought one of the vex double pedals, and its pretty crappy. its very gritty and the "u" joints came loose from the crossbar. besides that and the horrible adjustability, they are only good for beginning to novice drummers.
