yeah i would try some dw 40 but that didnt really help me that much...it could be bacause of old age, it it is...you might want to look into some new pedals

Whenever something of mine breaks it can usually be fixed with either duct tape or WD 40. As for your pedals and hi hat stand, just apply the WD40 to any parts that would rub against each other, that will reduce friction and should eliminate the squeakiness

Take the pedal apart and get some graphite. That will be a permanent fix. Brush on some graphite and wipe off the excess.

There are also some silicone sprays that contain graphite. Check your local hardware store and get over it. DW-40 and silicone spray, is only a temporary fix.

But you really need to take the pedal apart and service it entirely. A little work never hurt anyone.
