ive decided to ask for a drum dial for christmas, but theres a couple different options, and i dunno which one to get.

theres the Drumdial

both seem good from the reviews, but has anyone owned/used both? im pretty sure both are good choices, but is there anything better about one than the other?

When I was looking butter, I found that the Tama was more money and didn't offer anything more than the Drum Dial so I went with the DD.

well now theyre the same price, but i cant find any difference besides the names.

I can see that the Tama has gotten more rating stars by those who know nothing about calibrating a meter.

The DrumDial has calibrating features for those who know how to use them.

The Tama is more popular by it's brand name and hasn't been around as long. From the picture I see that you may have to send it in for calibration every once in a while.
