Sticks for beginner

Can you all suggest some decent sticks for a beginner? My son is 11 and will be starting his lessons next week.

Thanks all!

Re: Sticks for beginner

I would think something slightly bigger in diameter would be a little easier to learn with, so I would say a 5A stick would be fine.

HEY CANOEDAD 5A sticks are good but they were a little too light so I use Regal Tip Jazz usually if your sending him for lessons his teacher should help match him up.Regal tip Jazz are also known as Regal Tip Caluto with NYLON TIPS I've been using those sticks from day one.
