That's funny. I bought some ec2 heads yesterday! Here's a link to a video for tuning and putting it on.

Re: How to apply drumheads/drumskins to your drumkit

It really isn't hard.

First, locate a drum key, then loosen your tension rods ( square shaped screws on the hoop for the drum)

Then, loosen the rods in a star pattern or criss-cross (loosening one, then go to the rod directly across that one and loosen it)
Loosen until the rods are no longer holding the hoop in place.

Now, pick up the hoop off of the drum with the tension rods attached to it.

Next, pick up the head by the rim. It should be off the drum now.

Now, put your new heads in the spot of the old one and put the hoop back on.

make sure the tension rods are lined up with the lugs that are on the drum.

Now, using the drum key, tighten the screws into the lug in the same criss-cross pattern. Until they are tight. Now repeat with the other drums, and you got new heads!

Good Luck, and have fun playing!

Yeah. Remember NOT to tighten in a circular formation. If you tighten too much on one end, you'll end up with loose bits near the edges, and they screw your head up.

CHEERS, uhh thanx would you be able to find an instruction manual of some sort for me its just that my kits a little dodgy because instead of my toms being 10'', 12'' and 14" they are 12", 13" and 16" its strange could you also help me out with where i can find some cheap evans skins that would be great.

Well the ec2 were the cheapest I found, and mine are 12, 13, and 16 too. If you pretend all the screws are connected like a star, the follow the line it makes(by that I mean tighten one by a quarter turn, then the one ACROSS from it, and so on).

The coated heads have a different sound than the clear heads. As for the shipping just look at the web site it should have info on overseas shipping and how it works.
