Top heavy racks

Greetings All...

Gotta quickie for ya....

I've been lookin' at the Gibraltar GRS Road Series Rack system for my Tama 2x Bass.

How sturdy are they? I wanna go 'over the top' a little; basically doubling the height to accommodate more cymbals, but -duh- don't want the contraption falling over and killing me...

You cats & kitties had any issues with that?

Cheers!

Buster

Re: Top heavy racks

Gibraltar makes on of the best drum racks around. I have own curved sets with extension wings.

Tilting is not a problem with any rack as log as you know what your doing.

Thanks, T...

Being a structural engineer on the side, I don't think that will happen, but thanks!

I am also an Electronics & Stationary Engineer. Also a wiz a AutoCad for bothe medical and Dental fields.

But I'm not here to speak of credentials.

Here's a pick of my kit. As you can see, Gibraltar make a very durable rack system.

As the old sayng goes, "It Takes A Licking, and Keeps ON Ticking".
