Hi folks,

So, I have an IC Powerglide dbl and a rolling glide single. I figured I will use my single to do some experimenting on. I want to do two things. Make a longboard mod and a direct drive one too.

"Why don't you just buy one idiot?"

1. I don't have 700 dollars for a demon drive
2. I have materials and access to machine shops
3. I love to re-invent the wheel, lol.
4. I love every other aspect of the IC pedals
5. Maybe there are others who might pay a few bucks to have this ability, rather than shelling out rent payment.

ok. anyhow. I am working on modeling the longboard mod and almost got it sussed out. It will be a bolt in replacement of the footboard. Lightweight and durability will be primary.

The direct drive shouldn't be too tricky. I have that pretty much engineered, at least on paper. I think I can keep the familiar feel to a point, while adding response, speed and super adjustability.

So my question is, how many of you would be interested in something like this. In other words, am I the only one that has thought "Hmm, I love my iron cobra but wish it had features of some of the other pedals too"

Just some thoughts.

p.s. If you take this idea and make millions from it, lol, please be so kind as to send me a demo model at least.
