I was just wanting to know how many other players keep a stocked supply of spare parts. I have a tool box with screwdrivers, allen wrenches, pliers, adjustable wrench. As for the parts: I keep 2 full sets of felts, 4 wing nuts, 8 plastic sleeve/washer combo, drum keys, lugs, tension rods w/washers, 2 snares, snare straps, snare cord, hi-hat clutch, cymbal cleaner, drum polish, rags. I think thats all I have in it. I like to think I can break anything and have the part to fix it on the spot. Of course this could be over kill. Did I mention I carry an extra head for each size drum, you know just in case.

I take drum keys, and felts and sleeves for the cymbal stands but thats all.
