Well, one of these days I'm going to track down
The Gene Krupa Story, but I'm not aware of that many drum-specific movies. However, here are some of my favorite music-related movies, which often include some great drumming:
The Last Waltz (Levon Helm)
A Great Day In Harlem
'Round Midnight (Billy Higgins, Tony Williams, and vibraphonist Bobby Hutcherson)
Bring On The Night (Omar Hakim)
Kodo - Heartbeat Drummers of Japan
I know I'm forgetting one or two at least.
EDIT: I should add "Blazing Saddles" - in part because of the scene where Bart (Cleavon Little) rides through the desert, and all of a sudden, there's the Count Basie band playing "April In Paris."
And yes, Spinal Tap rules - Tony Hendra is my hero.

I also like Christopher Guest's movie about folk music, "A Mighty Wind" - no drumming to speak of, but some of the songs and vocal arrangements are actually really good.
