Hey all,
I'm happy to announce that I just received an Ipod 60 gb mp3 player. It's black and I ordered an iSkin for it to prevent scratches and nicks. It also holds all of my music, videos, and photos and I plan on taking it everywhere I go.

I think the best part about it is its integration with iTunes. You just plug in your iPod to your computer and it just updates everything for you. It couldn't be easier.

Cool, could you post a link to where I can access the podcast? What kinds of things does he talk about on the show?

I cant really post a link to it, you have to find it in itunes. You basically bring up the music store in Itunes, click podcasts (on the lefthand side), then there will be a little search bar and under it it'll say "Search all Podcasts" type in "Drummer Talk" and you should see it in the results.
Anyway, I really enjoy this podcast. They talk about new drum DVD's, they review new kits, the episodes are really long to0, usually around 45 min. Its all good stuff.

I support the Creative Zen line of mp3 player. They're cheaper, they last longer, more durable, better photo viewing, etc. It can also download podcasts. iPod's usually stop working after about 1 year and a half, and it costs 300$ to get it fixed, if the customer service feels like helping you. Check out reviews on amazon. For the Zen (pretty much 100% good) and the iPod (50% good)

Yea I think IPods are a little overpriced, I got a sandisk that only holds 512 but it was cheaper than a Ipod shuffle that held the same amount, and it had a screen and menu and all that. Ipods are still pretty sweet I would take one.

I would rather spand my money on my kids. Not that Ipods aren't the hip new thing, but I don't want or need one. However, my money is well spent on new school clothes,shoes, and school supplies.
