Buzz Roll is on a distinguished road

Unhappy Katrina Chaos

People are looting stores, people are dying, people are being left homeless... it's really a sad thing and you just hate to see something like this. I'm not even from that area and I can feel it's impact with gas pricing soaring in the aftermath...

is anyone from that area or know someone from around there? I'd like to get a first person account of everything going on.. what a tragedy

Yeah it's absolutely ridiculous...

Read this article: http://news.moneycentral.msn.com/pro...831&ID=5076933

They're talking about rationing off gas in long lines like they did in the 70s. Can you imagine that? And most people these days drive gas guzzling SUVS. It's time for change.

Yeah man it's just sad and my condolences go out to everyone in the area. I've heard that they're taking refuge in the Astrodome now.

Gas is a biatch. Looks like I'm going to have to give up on my Escalade.

Yeah, I'm not in that area either but it's definitely going to imact the whole country economically, socially, and whatnot. The whole world is changing because of global warming and more events are going to come in the future. it's a real shame.

Consider donating for the relief fund for people out in the New Orleans area. A little can go a long way (I hope)

WOW, did anyone watch the concert for hurricane relief on nbc? and did you just see kanye west on national television say, "george bush doesn't care about black people." mike myers was standing next to him and he looked shocked. chris tucker also just stood there for like 2 seconds before saying his lines.
