| Whatever we read in school usually suits me and that's about as far as I go reading wise. But my favorite author would be, ummm Walter Dean Myers, yea. He wrote Monster, Slam, and a couple other really good books. Last one I read from him, a coupel years ago, was about a kid who was living with his grandma, and she has to go to the hospital, his mom's dead I think so he has to go live with his sorta low life dad. His dad does robberyy's and stuff and is out a lot so the kid's perty much on his own except for the $$ his dad gives him everyday. Then at the end they plan this fairly large heist and then I don't remember what happens after, I know one guy gets shot but not much else. Surprised I remember that much, heh. But yea, he's about my favorite author. |
