There is already a number of threads about just this issue, read through some of those. and tell us a little more about what your requirements are. It would help to know What your price range is for a kit, do you need hardware, what style of music you play, how many piece kit you want, etc.
I suggest a pearl. They have very standard sets, but if you think you are ready for something a little bigger they offer that too. they are also high quality.
