building bass drum pedals

has anybody here ever built a bass drum pedal? if so could you please post any information, design plans or construction photos, as i'm going to attempt to build one at school next term

That sounds pretty neat, can't say I have ever heard of a home made bass drum pedal please keep us posted.

Try to make it like a longboard so you can do the much desired heel-toe technique! And when your done post some pics!
