don't even need that..i just got 3 2inch high 4X8 pieces of pink insulation foam and covered it with astro-turf. The bass drum digs in to the foam aso it doesn't slide, and the astro tuf really keeps things surprisingly sturdy...we had a flood the other night, so we decided to raise it up...it was very easy to assembel...just tape the 3 peices of foam togeehter with duct tape, and throw the astro turf down...it also doubles as a practice putting green haha
as for humidity, get a dehumidifier, get 1 that has a hose in the back and run it to a sink, thats how i have mine set-up...never have to empty anything
