i want to buy 2 dvds for developing hand technique and 1 for jazz drumming, (intermidiate) what do you recommend

There must be some Jazz Drummer that got you interested in Jazz Drumming.

Get his name and see if there are any Lesson DVD's available from that drummer.

Or you can Google jazz drumming DVD's intermidiate and select a choice that will teach you that certain style.

For Jazz i'd say Steve Smith DVD's are pretty good, my website here has five DVD's but we currently only have a handfull of Jazz lessons - some fairly neat exercises though.

Jared Falk has a huge variety on drumming DVD's.

Check out some of his samples on YouTube.

Jojo Mayer's "Secret Lessons for the Modern Drummer" is a terrific hand technique DVD and won the ModernDrummer Reader's Choice Poll.
