Could anyone give me a good setting to tune a 13"x7" Snare to using a Drumdial,Its one snare size not mentioned on the chart.

I would start somewhere around 80 on the batter side and 75 on the resonant side and see how it sounds personally. I have my 7x14 chrome over brass tuned to 82 batter and 71 reso and it sounds great. Keep in mind that shell material, dimensions and personal liking will all play a factor in how it ends up being tuned in the end.
