Wow thanks Tain! This is all some brilliant stuff.

Been listening to them all morning. Loved that Herbie Hancock track, thinking i'll pick up that album.

How smooth a performer is Ella Fitzgerald - seriously classy!

Ella, Sachmo (Loui Armstrong) and many other greats are the ones that have paved all sorts of avenues for us and they all have to do with Jazz Drumming wihtin their bands.

Don't forget to check out Thelonious Monk Institute of Jazz there's allot of great info at this website.
Just click above on it.

Another great genre of music is Brazilian.
