Exclamation Drumming as excercise?

Hey, I drum 3 hours a day, and I was wondering if this is also good excercise, or If I need to do seperate stuff.

It actually is good exercise. Not only are you working your body, but you are also working your mind. Plus, it doesn't feel like exercise, because you are having so much fun doing it.
