anyone have any experience with those ahead laser sticks? I'm doing a gig where they're trying to get dry ice smoke so I thought laser would add some nice effects from the sticks... is it worth it? I heard that they were pretty damn expensive.. do the batteries add extra weight?
personally, I wouldn't do it.. why not just get lasers separately and wave them around? or attach them to your sticks.. glowsticks would probaly work too..
I actually did a gig where they shut the lights out at certain times. A strobe light works well when you're playing something fast. I can't see a laser being very effective unless the beams are very thick and defined.
