well i dont think that you can just dive in and oout... it's an ongoing process.. im sure that in those 14 years you've picked up a lot of speed and endurance even if you weren't focusing on it directly

My best singles hands score is 1,089 and my best double bass score is 999. I just can't seem to get that extra stroke to break 1,000. I know its a mental block and I'll get it soon.

wow incredible feet, those are pretty impressive numbers (if theyre accurate) aren't those better than the winners of the WFD contest? Did you ever consider doing that?

I'm not into playing fast. But I used to own a Drumometer and am listed at record Holder's Republic.co.uk as the World's Fastest Pregnant drummer.

There was know one to compete against. I was the only pregnant drummer. As for my belly getting in the way, just alittle. (I'm normally 105 lbs. got up to 145 lbs. I'm 5'3".
