Well, well~ Since most of y'all are boys, I'll ask you this... Do you teach your girlfriends how to play the drums? Do they even want to learn?
I had a boyfriend once who was a guitarist and come to think of it, we'd never teach other how to play the other instrument. I guess he couldn't deal with the fact that I was better at the drums than he was~!
My missus is scared to touch my drums though I'd love for her to come out to my room and jam with me. She used to sing on stage when I met her but now only in the shower. sigh.
Ive tried to teach my wife but she really dosent want to learn. she does like to walk by my drums and hit somthing to scare the freakin petting zoo we call a home (we have 2 cats, a dog, 3 kittins, 4 fish and a turtle)
they all go crazy and go and hide whenever they hear them.
when I practice I have to lock the animles up and my wife leaves and go's somewhere else. I really havent been able to practice because she is pregnent and it can make our kid go def.
The last "significant other" I had, got rid of me, because I was too obsessed with msuci and didn't want to go go shopping with her. However, if anyone in the future was interested, I'd have another musicnerdgasm. It happens all the time.
