As I recal several years ago reading that buddy richs family refused to sell any of his old stuff and if you rember the drum sticks that they relised that were his signiture model (i think they were vic furth) the family sued over those because they never told the company that they could put his name on anything and that even if they did that they wouldnt have alowed that perticuler stick that they had used.
I know that his family is very privet about his life, but I could be wrong about some of this.
