What is the fastest you have ever set up your kit?

I would say it really doesn't matter but I'm curious?

I would say for me it would be from the car to being completely set up ready to play 15 minutes.

I dont think I have ever had an entire kit set up that quick.

even on a small kit it takes at least 30 min to set it up and get everything just right where I want it.
the only time I have ever done it faster was in japan where I didnt have to take my kit just some of my gear and I did that in less than 10 min.
