It depend of my mood and the music type I'm playing but I use 100% trad grip with brushes though.

I play mostly matched stuff, only because I'm not used to the traditional grip and wouldn't play with it for a gig or anything.

I was under the impression that traditional is more for jazz and snare stuff and matched is more for things like rock playing. Of course this is just a generalization.
