1. my postur
2. keeping all my fingurs on the sticks none of that 2 finger playing.
3. try not getting ahead of myself while playing and consintrait on whatI am doing.
4. work better on consearving hearing instead of going more deaf than what I am already.
5. relying to much on double bass and not working on single enough.

Some bad drumming habits, technique-wise, are:
slouching when playing,
not playing with the wrists enough,
being stiff and unrelaxed when playing,
using your right hand and foot for everything

Yeah I agree with you.
Some drummers try to play really fast rolls but fail to space out their strokes evenly before trying to go faster.

The biggest sin I hear from many drummers: letting their hands (and feet) do their thinking for them - playing things just because they can, not because there is a musical purpose behind them. Playing a busy, fast fill, when something simple would be more effective, is one example of this.

(BTW, I hear this sort of thing from non-drummers, too - especially certain saxophone and guitar players...)

EDIT: I've been guilty of it, too...

I know I have been guilty of that a few times and also putting in a fill with the wrong timing and that can make a song stand still in its tracks real quick, and last but not least comeing out of a fill all wrong and not being able to get back into the grove right.

Bad grip I think is an important one.

yeah, bad grip is my biggest sin. I used to think I was holding my sticks perfectly fine, relaxed and not too tight... then i see some pictures on myself live and it's obvious when im caught up in the moment my stick grip sometimes goes completely out of the window! I'm consentrating on thinking more consciously about it now, in practice as well as live

-Slouching? how does that affect your playing? I thought that as long as your comfortable and relaxed, sitting straight didn't matter... any thoughts?

My worst habit would definetly be relying on double bass. I almost can't help it. I love double bass soo much! Meanwhile my single foot speed and creativity are lacking. And I only recently broke myself of depending completley on my right hand for nearly everything.
