Drummer moms drumset

Hey drummer mom I was looking at you pacific kit and I would swear you set your kit up just like it would look in a store or magazine or somthing.
Everthing just looks like it is set up perfect in the pics with the cymbals at just the right angles and the toms set up all at a desending hight.

Not sure what Im getting at other than it just looks like a catalog set up rather than set up at the house.
most drummers have things at weird angles or toms and cymbales set up in goofy postions.

Thank you, I think. It has taken me along time to get it that way. I used to play with weird angled toms.

Yeah the set up looks good but I'd much rather go for comfort and ease in playing for my set up rather than just looks.

My kit is setup the way I want it. It is very easy to play and very comfortable for me.

That's all you can ask!

Every once in a while, I'll tweak my setup - move the toms around a bit, or relocate my cymbals, and the first time I take the new setup out on a gig and see it from out front, there's always a little bit of surprise: "Oh, so THAT'S how it looks!" Kind of like hearing your own voice on tape.

PDP MX all maple shells

I love the sound of the kit (Maple). I actually love everything about the kit except the rack tom mount(coming out of the bass drum.)

I'll take a picture of it and add it in later. That's the only downside I've found. I've heard the hardware(stands, etc are horrible - I have pearl hardware except for the tom mount.
