OK basically if your having trouble tuning click the freaking link yeah i know its long but its a good read, so download it, print it, memorize it and most of all DO IT!!!!!!

yep thats pretty much the standard in drum tuning. Does anyone know if he makes any money off of it? I would definitely buy it if he was selling it.
