I bought a
Tama iron cobra (rolling glide) about 4 years ago. I used it for a short time but then quit. Recently I have brough it back out. Since then my right foot has become incredibly better. Not my left however. But my left pedal was really bothering me. It felt rather sticky and not as smooth as the right pedal. I tried it with both my feet.
I took it apart, cleaned it up and gave it a nice loob... It seemed a little better but still doesn't feel as natural... I don't remember this problem 4 years ago but maybe I wasn't as sensitive to such things....
Anyone experienced with double bass drumming could maybe tell me if this is just normal for the left pedal, since there are more moving parts anyway. I always remember the Iron Cobras are supposed to be the best. Maybe I'm too picky.....
