So I was thinking that I'd like to incorporate some loops and effected drum sounds/percussion in my playing etc. I'm torn on how to go about doing that. At some point I think getting a regular loop pedal and a drum voice rack module with some ddrum triggers would be alright, but then I think of a Roland SPD-20 or S and then wonder, if they do loops why not that?

The only thing is, I'd love to find some way of having a separate channel to click on just as a security blanket for when we use sequencing. It'd be nice, too, to change voices on the fly.

Anyone care to weigh in on this?
