Anyone know Ringo's solo?

Im a new learning drummer. So pretty much have the some beats, patterns etc. down. But always fancied learning some small yet simple drum solos. Ringo's solo in The End off the Abbey Road album is one Ive always wanted to learn. Does anyone know its pattern, tab or anything. I believed from watching film clips from "Let it Be", he was working with two tom set ups. I have it recorded on my IPOD. But a bit confused on the sequence.

Any help would be great. Looking forward to learning and reading from you all.

Matt

Yes life is short my friend...I should know...I have been diagnosed with terminal cancer. So learning the drums has been a life long dream.

Ringo's solo

The drums were a double tom set, take your ipod and play that track over and over and you will find the sequence. Good luck and Ringo is a great one to try and copy, his timing was spot on, listen to a lot of his tracks. Left handed drummer playing right handed. There is this one instance of John Lennon on a solo track of his and he was auditioning drummers, this guy wants to impress John so he does all of these fancy fills, John says thats great now play it like Ringo would.

I pretty much taught myself with a record player next to me, that tells you how old I am, I rely on my ear, but learning to read, playing in the school band helps tremendously, good luck and just enjoy yourself. Play to whatever makes you happy. I started playing when I first heard The Beatles in 1964, that is what did it for me. Just keep banging away
