There's no excuse not to practice, and if you can get away with it as i do, get paid to practice.

When i have free time, i simply lock the door and into it.
When i was younger i used to take lessons fron a drum corp leader who was also a banker. Spent many dinner hours practicing rudiments on the managers desk, i'm sure the bank staff must have wondered WTF

My qualifying certificates on the wall have a glass front which act as a mirror so i can check out my hands and technique.
I use a portable CD player with power connection, an excellent Korg metronome, a pair of headphones with jacks to fit both, an organised folder of stuff i am working on, pair sticks, and my faithfull office chair. The chair i have set at the same height as my drum throne for when i want to do some foot work under the desk. The chairs backrest is set just at the right height for when i'm standing to play on. It is of a hard type foam material, with just the right amount of bounce to it for a workout. It is also super quiet so nobody can hear any practicing going on.
I had a friend who used to practice on the dash of his car when sitting waiting for lights to change.
Any others out there do crazy stuff like this?
