Cymbal suggestions wanted dead or alive

I'm looking to replace my cymbals with cymbals that would be more suited for hard rock/heavy metal situations. Right now I have:

Sabian B8 Pro 14" Thin Crash
Sabian B8 Pro 14" Medium Hi-Hats
Sabian B8 Pro 10" Splash
Zildjian 18" Ping Ride (It doesn't have a series logo on it)

I'm also looking for a china cymbal, and for everything money is an issue. Any idea would be appreciated. Thanks a million.

hmm... well i can't really give you a good recommendation for a brand of cymbals ideal for hard rock/heavy metal; but i'd say your best bet is to maybe go to a music store and try some cymbals out, or go to sites like Zildjian.com - EN-US - Homepage, Sabian Home Page, and MEINL cymbals - the cymbal site where they have interactive sound check systems where you can try out different cymbals by hearing a sample recording of them.
But as for a china cymbal, if you're looking for a really good quality one for the price, i'd say have a look at some of the Wuhan brand chinas; they make great chinas as well as other kinds of cymbals and I have some of them myself

try getting a zildian a custom cymbal package. the pack includes the ride, high hats and 2 crashes, for about 350 bucks. sometimes you get a free cymbal. its a good deal for upper end cymbals.
you wont be happy with b8 pros for very long.

I would second the A custom choice. Get something maybe in a medium weight size. Like a projection crash, a ping ride, and any medium hats. I use the A customs that are in a thin size and they do just fine. If you want something from sabian, go for some medium wight AAs or AAXs. Im not as familiar with their brands. I usually do not like to go into the heavy wight cymbals because i think they lose a sort of tone.

Buy Wuhan S Series WUSCR1618-18 Crash Pack online at Musician's Friend
the first link is Wuhan 18 and 16 crash with 18 china. this is probably something that im guessing you would like because you want to play heavy rock. so this is an essential.
Buy Wuhan WUMLX-SBOX S Series 4-Piece Cast Cymbal Pack at Musician's Friend
second link is wuhan again but with 14 hats 16 crash and 20 ride.
Buy Sabian B8 Pro Rock Pack with Free 10 Splash online at Musician's Friend
third link is sabian b8 pro with 18 crash 14 hats and 20 ride theyr more expensive but worth the money.

if you want a more expensive pack i would go with AAX or A customs.
