I guess i will chime in with some band info. Right now i am in a heavy metal band (as is everyone else and their grandma). We call ourselves "death leprechaun". Although its metal, its more proggressive than metal. I am not a fan of the cookie cutter metal band and neither is everyone else in the band. We mix in stuff from the likes of rush, dream theater, steve miller band, system of a down,60/70s psych. rock, and anything a little bit jazzy (), and any other influence. We have a very mature sound and have a good groove, (even for a metal band! ). anyways, if anyone is in the Northwest area of ohio you should check us out soon. Nice thread.
