a good way to practice double pedal?


do you guys know of any good ways that help with your double bass speed. i mean like when your not around your set. for example, sitting in school bored as hell....anything you know of that can and will help with your double bass speed.

wear leg waits to school? practice bouncing your foot up and down on your toes.

Anything done on hands can be replicated with the feet.
the good old RLRRLRLL, flams, etc...

Just make up pretend exercises if you need to... one of my favorite ones works on counting.
Find some way to keep a steady beat, ticking of clock or stopwatch or something. Then follow this pattern:

***Edit:Hmmn... looks like the accents will not take in the system. Just place them at the first R and L hits that you come to. I tired to add some "." as place holders for the spaces.
