Re: warming up

Guys you need to get that blood flowing in your arms and wrist.15min is great.A lot of top drummers have drum pads with them. It's good to get the blood moving in your hands.Steward Copeland warms up about 20min before a show.I try to warm up before i drive
to church around 6:45am get to church around 8am for pratice of the songs for that day and
then around the second song im fine.Guys try warming up and see how you feel.

Re: warming up

For me between 15, to 20 min, then i check myself by playing with the praise team one song,
if am still not feeling it i try to get at least 5 more min, sometimes i good with 15,or 20 then others 25min,but most of the time when i wake up around 5:30am sunday morning i usualy do my rud,on my pad at home, mabey play to Hillary Jones on youtube,or someone else.
Then when i get to church around 7:40 i go into my warm up. and im good.

Re: warming up

I usually just freestyle, to stretch and start feeling the music and groove. Starting slow, then speeding up to a fast tempo then back down. I do this maybe twice before i start
