I wear Nike 90's indoor soccer shoes.....good grip, kangaroo skin tops, lightweight yet firm.....

i usually play barefoot or atleast with socks on. used to play with shoes but then i just switched n never really have gone back. if they're comfy and let you rock the bass pedal without restriction i'd say they're good enough.

I liek wearing thinner more flexible shoes... like trainers for drumming if i want better control, but most of the time I wear my DCs... they're a lot better for powerful drumming i find. No Idea why I wouldnt of thought it made a difference but evidentely has lol.

Bare footed drumming or in socks i dont like... too slippery on the pedals. :P

I liked vans alot but I now I used my steel toe boots. And with the powershifter setting to strong on my pearl pedals it is a solid kick in the ass!

Any comfortable shoe should work. i have played in cowboy boots, combat boots, tennis shoes, hiking shoes and barefoot. Prefer bare foot for at home and Bass slip ons for gigs.
