I haven't seen anything here in that format, but I know there have been threads where people shared favourite fills.
I think the trick is to practice a pattern -- even if it's just a one bar pattern in 4/4 time -- and when you're comfortable with it, then play a couple of bars of a straight ahead rock beat, followed by the pattern and then right back into the rock beat. In other words, turn everything you do -- even a bar of paradiddles on the snare -- into a full bar fill.
One simple, but nice sounding fill is a full bar of 16th notes (count 1e&a, 2e&a, 3e&a, 4e&a) played this way ("H" is for both hands on two drum or cymbal surfaces at the same time and "F" is for kick drum beats): HFFH FFHF FHFF HFFH.
