wow. this is tough. i dont know how good you are already, but i would just get a drumset practice book and do all the exercises over and over. you can also try to play along to songs if you have some headphones. if you put in the time you WILL get better tho. good luck man!

I would devote some of your practice time to learning rudiments. It has helped me to get faster, and also I'm starting to work them into my fills.
My favorite site for learning them is Http://www.vicfirth.com/education/rudiments.html
They have videos showing how to do them and MP3 files at different metronome markings to play along with. Start slow when you start to tense up back off on the tempo and relax eventually if you concentrate on not getting tense when you get faster you'll overcome that.

make a concious effort to relax while you're playing. You should be playing with feeling not robotic rigidity. Dynamics come with time but you need to learn to relax and let the music take you and dictate your playing.

well, if you are finding yourself very tense in the shoulders and upper arms it will greatly affect your speed and your ability to really sit in the pocket. Not to mention I bet you look tense. For everybody, relaxation is a little different. Try rolling your shoulders forwards for 60 seconds then backwards for 60 seconds. Roll your neck one direction then the other a few times. The key is to be loose.

Re: beginner drummer need help

if you have the money i would def get a drum teacher, i have one and it has really helped me to advance a lot quicker... they give u places to start and its a much narrower approach vs going about it on you own cause there are obviously a lot of things to learn
