I've pretty much decided to go with an Alesis drum module. Now I'm torn between the DM5 & the DM4. The main reason I'm torn is because I could save some $ with the DM4. Should I spend more and go with the DM5 or should I go with the DM4? The module will be used for live performances w/acoustic set & ddrum triggers. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Also, where can I find either a hard or soft case for the module?

There is no such model as the DM4 - It was simply known as the 'D4'.
For what you are needing it for, just go the D4.
The Dm5 has a higher sample rate, some extra sounds etc, but they are otherwise fairly similar units.
