Gotta be Chris Adler. Technical and tight, he puts a fantastic groove feel to the metal he plays, making Lamb Of God stand out from the crowd.

Also Andrea Vadrucci (see Youtube: VaDrum) and Thomas Lang.

Hellhammer and chris Adler. Adler has so much tallent, but has a straight forward style of play. Both are great guys. (personality wise.)

Re: Whos your favourite drummer?

There are TONS of great drummers listed on here, it's hard to add anything but I'll try...

Larry Mullen Jr. of U2, Sam Fogarino of Interpol and Matt Tong from Bloc Party all do some pretty interesting stuff... They might not be the most technical drummers out there, but they think about the drums differently than lots of people might.

Also, Patrick Keeler from the Raconteurs can absolutely rip, and the rest of the band is awesome as well. Another guy I didn't see on here is Chad Szeliga from the band Breaking Benjamin. It's amazing how much "bounce" he can give to a heavy rock band. Check any one of these guys out to hear some great drumming!
